Description
:The Implementation Specialist role is crucial to the success of roadway technology systems design through operation and maintenance on tolling projects in accordance with all requirements outlined in the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA). This role is to ensure proper design through operations handover of assigned projects are successfully completed by coordinating internal groups and driving contract suppliers to fulfill contractual obligations and deliverables to completion on schedule, within budget, and within design requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead procurement lifecycle including RFP development, vendor evaluation, comparative analysis, selection, and execution readiness.
Support revenue assurance by validating tolling system, back up tolling solutions accuracy and resolving revenue-impacting issues.
