Position Overview
The IT Field Services Technician is responsible for the design, management, and support of moderate to complex systems with general supervision. Areas of responsibility include core operating systems (Macintosh and Windows), software distribution, and anti-virus solutions.
This role provides direct technical support for supported computing systems and software with limited direction. Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving issues related to supported devices and applications, including computers, monitors, printers, handheld devices, scanners, and standard desktop software applications.
Essential Job Functions
+ Manage support tickets for Windows and Macintosh software/applications and hardware
+ Provide assistance to ensure timely resolution and adherence to established SLAs
