Responsibilities

• Provide support services to the licensing team and advise and support licensees and licence applicants.
• Operate a fast‑paced licensing team covering all aspects of licensing, including taxi and private hire, licensed premises and gambling establishments.
• Use a range of computer applications and ICT, including Microsoft Office.
• Engage with members of the public to address licensing questions and concerns.
• Take on problem‑solving tasks and make decisions within the scope of the licensing team.
