Field Support Engineer: technical and operational on‑site support (UAE & French Nationals Only)

Job Objective

The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on‑site operational support team and supports customers daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full‑time at customers premises.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical and operational on‑site support to the UAE AF
• Point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT
• TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA enhancements MINDS roadmap)
• Support to UAE AF IAC on the job training
• Support to IAC and globally DISA proposal definition
• Preparation and coordination of on‑site interventions
