Responsibilities

• Manage field crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop production plans and establish quality control standards
• Coordinate erection activities, equipment, materials, and subcontractor scheduling
• Resolve operational issues and maintain production reporting
• Train employees and ensure compliance with all safety and company policies

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in precast concrete or construction; 3–5+ years supervisory experience
• OSHA 10-hr & 30-hr certifications required; PCI Field Auditor a plus
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel daily to job sites; occasional overnight travel
