Field Superintendent - New Installation


Your main responsibilities

As a Field Superintendent for New Installations (NI), you will oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop field technicians, coordinate job site readiness, and act as the key point of contact for contractors, customers, and internal teams to support regional objectives.

Operations Management

+ Lead and build a high-performing, safe team of 12–20 field technicians by enforcing company quality and safety standards.

+ Coordinate daily project schedules, job site readiness walkthroughs, parts/material ordering, and payroll accuracy.
