Your main responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
Field Superintendent is responsible of the repair of all assigned units so as to conform to customer and Company requirements as related to quality improvement, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of Region objectives. Is also responsible for employee selection, training and safety for all assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The qualified candidate must be a high-energy self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented. As a Schindler NI Field Superintendent, the candidate’s role will include providing technical solutions, ensuring workplace safety, supervising technicians and job site activity, and supporting new installation and modernization sales.
