Position Overview

Job Summary
:The Construction Electrical Superintendent leads and executes all electrical construction activities, including raceway installation, cable installation, equipment installation, terminations, and temporary power systems. This role manages Bechtel craft and subcontractors to deliver safe, high quality work in alignment with engineering designs, project schedules, and cost objectives, while coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, and external stakeholders and enforcing Zero Accident and quality standards.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages the organization and direction of construction for all above ground and below ground raceway installation.

Create cable pulling plans and oversee cable pulling activities, manage cable yard and cable cutting programs.

Manages the organization and direction of construction for electrical equipment installation and cable termination activities.
