Job Description
The Field Services Engineer serves as a mobile technical specialist, delivering hands-on support for complex desktop, network, and application-related issues. This role partners closely with the Tier 2 end-user support team as the primary field-based escalation resource, ensuring timely and effective resolution of critical incidents. This support plays a vital role in advancing the companyβs mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of excellent oral health.
β’ On-Site Support: Deliver hands-on technical support to clients at their locations, resolving hardware and software issues as they occur.
β’ Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as needed, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Perform routine maintenance to proactively prevent system issues.
β’ Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using best practices to reduce downtime and improve system performance.
