Position Overview
The Service Coordinator provides a strategic job at Salvagnini Canada. Under the general direction of the General Manager, the Service Coordinator will provide technical support to customers and technicians on state‑of‑the‑art products from stand‑alone machines to highly flexible automated systems at our various customer facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Experienced in the multiple generations of specific machine types and related automation.
- Travel to customer sites for support up to 50% of the time
- Emergency spare parts support for shipping, receiving, and return items
- Responsible for supporting both customers and FST via phone/online/email.
- Makes reasonable effort identify and supply spare part codes when working with customers and technicians.
- Contact Europe directly for support after discussing the situation with Supervisor or Manager.
