Field Service Technician

Job Description & Responsibilities

Position
Summary:

Under the supervision of the Field
Service Manager, provides a role as a Field Service
Technician, promoting the Vulcanic brand, providing Field Service support. As
the Field Service Technician, you will Travel to customer sites, providing equipment
checkout, start-up, and troubleshooting of heater and control panel equipment,
including heating cable. Additionally, you will perform electrical and
mechanical checks on heating equipment.

This is a cross-functional role where you will partner
heavily with our customers while communicating with our engineering,
purchasing, and vendors when replacement parts are required.

This position is
remote with travel to Customer Sites. Candidates will ideally be based in the Middle
East.
