Conduct product training for customers both on-site and at our headquarters.
Commissioning and Field Service
Pre-Commissioning: Ensure site readiness for commissioning using progress tracking tools and maintain weekly communication with the customer.
On-Site Execution: Lead installation supervision, cold and hot commissioning, performance testing, and customer training. Generate weekly site reports and complete all commissioning sign-off documentation.
Post-Commissioning: Submit as-commissioned drawings and visit reports. Complete expense reports, follow up on action items, update system configuration files, and participate in post-project review...
