Job Responsibilities
On-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks (bar code scanners and printers). Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings. Build positive relationships with customers. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Propose the Service Contract. Delivery Orders & submit Quotations to customers. Gather information competitor (Label, ribbon & printer). Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Electronic / Mechatronic / relevant.Must be able to work independently with little supervision.Strong service orientation.Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.Possess own transport.Preferably male candidates aged below 36 years old due to nature o...
