About The Role

As the Field Service Technician for Carrier, you’ll be a professional in New Equipment Modernization responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and act as the primary contact with customers. Resolve customer issues and, as needed, elevate more complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform repairs on all refrigeration equipment and troubleshoot all HVAC equipment.
• Manage all allocated service sites and operate various centrifugal, screw & reciprocating chillers, overseeing maintenance activities for technicians.
