Position Overview
Are you a forklift / EWP Technician or plant mechanic looking to upskill?
We're seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair EWP Access Equipment. If you come from forklifts or similar equipment, full training on access equipment will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, service and repair access equipment in the field
- Prioritise on‑site repairs at customer locations
- Travel to sites as required (including occasional overnight stays)
- Complete job notes, inspection forms and admin accurately
- Liaise with technical support and follow manuals
- Conduct van audits and stock takes
- Identify service or sales leads when opportunities arise
- Maintain labour utilisation targets
- Support the branch team as required
