We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Services Team.
This position is fully onsite at our customer’s aeronautical manufacturing facilities in Kinston, North Carolina. The role requires daily presence at the customer site and involves hands-on work in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work directly with CNC/PLC?controlled systems, performing diagnostics, calibrations, and process optimization to ensure optimal machine performance. The role also includes supporting machine acceptance activities and providing hands?on training to customer personnel.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with our Service teams to coordinate interventions, respond to technical incidents, and contribute to Service initiatives in a dynamic, customer?facing environment.
