**Job Summary**

The Field Service Technician must be knowledgeable on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of suspended access (swing stages/rigging) at job sites and in the shop. This role ensures equipment is safely inspected, operated, and maintained in compliance with company and safety standards. Responsibilities include performing safety checks, troubleshooting motor issues, delivering equipment to job sites, performing service calls for faulty motors, completing required documentation, and training customers on proper equipment use.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, is comfortable working at heights, can perform physically demanding tasks, and maintains a strong safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
