We’re searching for a Field Service Technician - NICE & NYCT to join our growing Product Support team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be at the heart of our customer success, providing hands-on expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge transit equipment. You’ll:

+ Maintain and troubleshoot Luminator’s hardware and software.

+ Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support.
