Field Service Representative

Within the framework of the Customer Services policy, the Field Service Representative represents Airbus on site at the airline facility or remotely. Providing on-site technical assistance in support of safe and economical operations. The person can advise on Operational Reliability and Safety Enhancement opportunities whilst leveraging on his knowledge and integration within the Airbus Engineering, Maintenance, Flight Operations, Flight Safety, Training and Spares network.

The role should ensure efficient communication between the airline and Airbus organization, adapting to specific airline business models and culture with the aim of developing a trustworthy relationship with the Customer.
