Working Hours/Days
7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, Saturday rotation, other hours as needed
Basic Duties
+ Manage team consisting of supervisors, admin, and technicians.
+ Provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Assist customers and technicians on repairs and define the scope of work to ensure expectations are met.
+ Demonstrate strong customer communication & developmental skills as well as the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse workforce.
+ Work with field personnel, PSSRs, and customers in support of opening work orders and seeing them through to invoice
+ Develop long range plans and budgets for growing the service business.
