About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Field Service Fitter to join our Hastings Deering team, supporting operations across the Rockhampton area, ensuring reliability and performance. This opportunity includes a 7/7 12-hour roster, with ute and travel provided.

As a Field Service Fitter at Hastings Deering, you will:

• Perform maintenance, repairs and reconditioning work on all CAT machinery and engines.

• Ensure repairs are carried out following appropriate control guidelines to prevent rework.

• Assess the reusability of all disassembled parts.

• Submit accurate service reports, timecards, parts request sheets and parts quotes.

• Support the sale of genuine parts and provide guidance and advice to customers when required.
