Position Overview
There are multiple openings available for this position. This role is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are passionate about hands-on engineering and eager to grow in a field service environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently and execute assigned tasks/projects at customer sites in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal application and operations teams to resolve on-site application-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage site preparation for new equipment delivery, including site readiness, tool installation, site acceptance testing (SAT), and post-service support.
- Provide hands-on, on-site customer service, including machine installation, buy-off, training, troubleshooting, response time management, uptime optimization, and maintenance to ensure company equipment meets defined KPIs.
