Act as key contact point to Singapore Volume Onsite Calibration (VOSCal) customer.
Analyse customer concerns & technical requirements, communicate to Keysight delivery team and develop streamline project / process to retain / improve customer satisfactory.
Conduct closing meeting to all Singapore VOSCal Customer after end of every onsite to ensure metrics are met accordingly and get feedback from customer. Workout on the follow up actions.
Manage record retention for Singapore VOSCal operations and support audit
Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfaction
Prepare quotations for VOSCal customers in Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand
Prepare equipment resources for Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & Thailand and scheduling for service delivery
Arrange equipment and man power resources to carry out onsite calibration jobs
