Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Purpose of the Role
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site across an international region. The role involves installation, maintenance, repair, training, and ongoing support of a range of specialised testing and inspection equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and support technical equipment, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support via hotline, remote access, and on-site visits
- Carry out commissioning and installation activities, including customer training
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
