The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for driving Leica's field service operations forward through the Danaher Business System, focusing on continuous improvement of operational metrics, optimization of resources, and team support. This role ensures customer satisfaction through training, break-fix service, preventive maintenance, installation, contract delivery, and by identifying service sales opportunities across Leica's portfolio of microscopy solutions. This position reports to the Service Manager, SEA and is part of the Service Organization, covering Southeast Asia with regional travel.
