Position SummaryThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our Products in medical device institutions within a specific geographic area or as defined per business needs.
Essential Job Functions (included but not limited to)
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance for our products
- Perform installation and removal of all our products
- Troubleshoot and correct problems with all our products in the field
- Build strong relationships with users of the laser in assigned accounts
- Support primarily the assigned territory and assist other territories as needed
- Accurately complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner
- Adhere to company SLA (Service Level Agreement)
