Position Overview

Job Description
Based near Belfast our client supplies capital equipment and heavy plant to a range of clients across Northern Ireland.

They are now looking to add an additional Field Service Engineer to their team.

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the successful Field Service Engineer will carry out routine maintenance and repair work on a range of heavy plant on client’s premises.

Manufacturer’s specific training will be provided as required.

Responsibilities:
Travelling to client sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
Documenting service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks
Responding promptly to service requests and resolving issues efficiently
Prepare machines for sale when required.
