Responsibilities
Ensure all Zendesk tickets are handled in a timely manner.
Support customers worldwide by phone, email, TeamViewer and on site.
Document, maintain and follow up on all customer inquiries through the Tracking System database.
Assist in debugging, fault finding and root cause analysis of prototype and standard machines, including system level testing and PLC programs, in-house and at the customerβs site.
Create training materials and train customers in the use of company products.
Install and commission new equipment.
Calibrate and verify testers.
Maintain and repair testers onsite.
Assist Project Managers with open issues on equipment in-house and at customer sites, for Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T.) and Site Acceptance Tests (S.A.T.).
Validate and verify application performance on new and existing D&V products as required.
