Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer with some Sales Experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

Participate in troubleshooting and repair activities to equipment. Mentor and train Apprentice Engineer with routine maintenance, fault finding and installations. Attend to breakdowns during and after business hours. Sales visits to new and existing clients when technical responsibilities are slow. Collect information and open an enquiry. Present the offer to the client and go through the specification of the machine. Follow up on opportunities from quotation right through to order. Compile detailed visit reports on Salesforce. Handling of customer complaints and resolving conflict. Desired Experience & Qualification
