Purpose of the Role

Perform service activity strategies on an assigned geographical territory while integrating digital services to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Install, connect, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of products and equipment, ensuring compliance with trainings, SOPs, standards, EHS rules and regulation while maximizing first time fix rate.
2. Conduct proactive monitoring of covered systems and perform remote troubleshooting when necessary. Perform Water Purification System data analysis and reporting to customers within the framework of Remote Health Check service to ensure water purification system is operating within the specifications and to optimize the performance of the system.
3. Manage own car stock (spare parts) to maximize first-time fix rates without impacting the non-moving parts list.
