Responsibilities
- Having the ability to liaise with both customers and colleagues to ensure YPS maintains the customer service excellence that we pride ourselves on, is essential to the role.
- Servicing, maintaining, and installing a range of equipment at customers sites nationwide.
- Attend customers site in a timely manner to carry out the task assigned and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer demand promptly and professionally working autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
- Install new machines and provide full operator training individually and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively to liaise with: Customers both on site and to help to diagnose problems over the phone. The engineering and admin team. The sales team.
