**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Execute lifecycle services including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Comprehensive AMCs, and structured service packages (ST100, ST200, ST300), along with chargeable and ad-hoc services.
+ Manage and support the DeltaV installed base across the Central Region, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
+ Deliver maintenance contract services, with significant on-site engagement (approximately 180–190 days annually, including travel).
+ Provide technical support for DeltaV systems including Batch, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations, and system maintenance activities.
+ Support lifecycle services sales initiatives, including AMC renewals, spares management, add-on projects, system expansions, upgrades, and software opportunities.
