Position Overview
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Visit existing and potential customers to present products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Collect payments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a good academic standing (Latin Honors or With High Honors are an advantage)
• Age range: 23–30 years old.
• With 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have extensive training related to marketing and have been active in organizations.
• With a pleasing personality.
