**MAC Field Sales Partner**
**JOB SUMMARY**
The MAC Field Sales Partner is a field-based selling and coaching leader responsible for driving sales performance, retail excellence, and brand execution across assigned M·A·C Free Standing Stores and Retailer Locations within a defined territory. This role is highly consumer-facing and spends majority of the time in-store, leading side-by-side selling, coaching retail teams, executing events, and strengthening retail partner relationships. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the Field Sales Partner ensures consistent delivery of M·A·C standards across artistry, service, merchandising, and education while supporting Field Executive Sales Manager in the development of retail locations, talent, and business capabilities.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years’ cosmetic retail experience preferred, including artistry, event, and selling ability.
