Position Overview
• Ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Promotes products in his/her designated territory.
• Assists in the conduct of product demonstration and similar activities.
• Establish a good relationship with the customers and key decision makers.
• Conduct negotiations on the sale of medical products.
• Supervise team in selling medical and laboratory products in accordance to company rules.
• Ensure monthly collection performance.
• Facilitates purchase by the hospital and collect payments.
• Attend to other related tasks as may be delegated from time to time.
** With at least 5 years experience as manager.
** 10 years MEDREP experience is A MUST.
** Salary depends on qualification and experience. Indicative salary is GROSS (Basic + Allowances) for 26 work days. Additional Commission on meeting monthly target.
** Willing to enter into an 18 month minimum employment contract.
