PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets.

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the field sales team and management. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
Monitor the performance of field sales representatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and distribution. Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports at both individual and team levels.
