Position Overview
Job Summary:
Drive residential solar EPC sales by identifying prospects, delivering customized proposals, and converting leads to successful installations in the UP region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and explain system feasibility to clients
- Present proposals and close deals with homeowners, builders, and small businesses
- Maintain database of inquiries and track lead status
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Assist in branding activities, roadshows, and exhibitions
- Collect customer feedback and hand over to execution team post-sale
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years in field sales
- Experience in solar, real estate, or energy industry is preferred
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
