Position Overview
Responsibilities - Acquire new clients through direct contact, word‑of‑mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Identify and resolve objections raised by prospective customers to ensure smooth conversion.
- Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial and competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales revenue, invoices, and other related documentation.
- Provide timely feedback and after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing initiatives, including participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on competitors' activities and update the reporting manager regularly.
