Position Overview
Key Accountabilities - Address urgent requests from authorities and special events (e.g., UAE Humanitarian Center, iPhone launches).
- Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop operations.
- Provide temporary coverage for retail staff to ensure continuous store operations.
- Assist with customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintaining service standards.
- Conduct market visits to gather insights and support retail operations.
- Report on competitive activities, customer behavior, and emerging sales opportunities.
- Assist with event logistics and maximize sales during product launches or festivals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales, and customer interactions.
Qualifications - Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or Sales and Marketing.
