Job Summary

The Field Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Bechtel’s ESH programs across all project phases. This involves administrative and field tasks per established industry practices, procedures, and regulatory and Bechtel requirements. The position requires practical application of occupational safety and related disciplines for managing safety and health aspects of the project. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and Bechtel Core Processes, while fostering a proactive safety culture. The Field Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring field operations comply with regulatory standards, managing risks, preventing incidents, and promoting ongoing improvements to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.
