Job Summary

The Construction Planner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project schedules utilizing Excel, Primavera, or Milestone Professional software. Detailed schedule development duties include determining the work activity duration and establishing the proper workflow logic ties for overall and individual departments (Engineering, Procurement, Subcontract, and Construction). Routine analysis and work-around option planning along with interface coordination with other departments at the jobsite. Other duties include providing input on the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports, Short Term Work Plan, and issuance of the schedule analysis report. Assist in the maintenance of the Weekly Work Plans, Subcontractor Schedules, Weekly Quantity, Productivity and Progress Curves and updating of the Overall EPC Schedule. #LI-CS1
