Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and community-oriented Field Officer to work closely with our cooperatives. The successful candidate shall be responsible for coordinating field activities, providing support and training to cooperative members, and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and women cooperatives, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Conduct field visits to monitor activities, assess progress, and provide guidance to cooperative members.Organize and facilitate training sessions on best practices, financial literacy and fair trade for women cooperatives.Assist cooperatives in improving productivity, market access, and sustainability of their projects.Collect and analyze data on cooperative performance, challenges, and opportunities, and report findings to management.Ensure compliance w...
