You’ll own field marketing across one of Lighthouse's most diverse and high‑potential regions. Events are our top revenue‑driving channel in APAC — and you’re the one making them count from strategy through to execution. You carry the marketing plan for the region, you make the calls, and you’re accountable to pipeline outcomes.
You’ll be the go‑to marketing reference for APAC, working directly with regional sales leadership, making decisions independently and communicating with senior stakeholders across the business. This role has real weight and visibility. APAC is not one market — it’s many. Cultural understanding, strong local relationships, and the ability to adapt market‑by‑market are as important as your marketing toolkit.
