Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of field-based representatives
- Ensure execution standards and KPIs are consistently met
- Conduct regular field accompaniments and coaching sessions
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
- Coordinate with clients on campaign execution and feedback
- Manage territory planning and resource allocation
- Drive recruitment and onboarding of field team members
- Resolve operational issues in the field promptly
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in field sales management within FMCG
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Experience in township and emerging market operations preferred
