Monitor and analyze engineering KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reliability, and process performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments, industry trends, and best practices within the area of expertise.
