Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is looking for a part-time field finance administrator. Shift: Monday-Friday, 11am – 4pm. Hourly pay rate: $23.03-$28.79. If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!

Position Responsibilities:

• Execute route accounting and settlement tasks, i.e., face to face driver settlement, cash settlement, cash room duties, i.e., coin machine, coin bags, etc. and end of day paperwork per standard operating procedures
• Process accounts payable tasks, i.e., initiate purchase orders, process invoices, prepare check requests, research payments, etc.
• Monitor accounts receivable functions by tracking changes in customer payment terms and investigating short pays or deductions
• Administer payroll tasks including process, edit, submit weekly timecards, and other pay components within established guidelines and tight deadlines, if applicable to the facility ...
