You will represent the company on-site, engage with clients confidently, take measurements, evaluate surface conditions, and clearly explain proposed works. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a presentable manner are essential. Previous experience in painting, decorating, or construction is preferred. Own transport required. Commission-based earnings available with performance bonuses for converted jobs.
