Ensure projects are completed in a manner that ensures delivery to the time, cost, quality, health & safety parameters agreed with the client whilst conforming to project engineering standards and others as agreed with the client.
A requirement to complete project documentation as required by the project engineer.
Monitor progress against plan and recommend corrective actions.
Identify issues and risks and elevate appropriately.
Provide timely and quality communication to all stakeholders.
Ensure technical, test and quality plans as agreed are delivered to the project engineer.
Ensure the necessary project administration is carried out.
Provisions of 1st, line assure activities on 24 x 7 x 365 basis adhering to our agreed contractual SLA targets. Reporting all information & updates to service support desk.
