AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking an experienced Field Enablement Leader to drive enablement strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC) region. This role is critical to ensuring ProServe's field teams – including consultants, solution architects, sales teams, and delivery builders – are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Reporting into the Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) organization, this leader will serve as the primary enablement point of contact for APJC ProServe leadership team, working cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders to design, deliver, and measure enablement programs that accelerate business impact.
