Role Overview Enable, standardize, and improve field operations across all Middle East countries through processes, digital tools, data, and operational governance. Ensure field teams work efficiently, safely, and consistently under a unified operational model.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Standardization - Define and implement standardized processes, KPIs, audits, and governance across ME.
- Harmonize time sheets and activity reporting to ensure comparable measurement across countries.
- Lead annual review of maintenance routes with Country Leaders.
Field Enablement - Develop manuals, SOPs, and best practices.
- Support Supervisors and Country Leaders in adopting new processes and tools.
Digital Tools & Route Optimization - Act as business owner for digital tools used in field operations.
